Cedar Hollow was purchased in 2007 as a vacant parcel of land and was aptly named due to the properties topography and large growth of cedar trees. Since that time with the help of On-Site Engineering and Azzinaro-Larson Architects we have proposed a three story 30,000 square foot retail and office complex. Presently the 300 plus cedar trees have been proudly transplanted to sites in Hopkinton, Newport, Watch Hill and Westerly and building construction should be starting soon. Available units one each of the three levels will be posted soon as well as lease rates.
