Clarke Farms was purchased in 2004 and was a dilapidated former restaurant building that had been abandoned for the previous twelve years. The property was then updated and transformed into a single tenant commercial unit. In 2009 an addition was added and a full facelift was performed on the property increasing the use to two national tenants with room to expand in the future as well as the improvement of a 100’ tall highway pylon sign adjacent to RT95 North.
