S.M. Trombino Properties is a real estate development company that focuses on the acquisition, development, construction and management of commercial, retail and office properties in the RI & CT area. The company started in 1999 with the purchase of a single tenant property in RI and has evolved into multiple solely owned properties with over 34 rentable units, two billboards and highway pylon signage.

All of the properties are managed in house and this in turn translates into our high tenant satisfaction and demand for our available units. Future projects in the works include additional commercial units with a mix of retail space on two separate parcels in the RI & CT market.
