S.M. Trombino Properties is a real estate development company that primarily focuses on the acquisition, development, construction and management of commercial, retail and office properties in the South County RI area. The company started in 1999 with the purchase of a single tenant property and has evolved into multiple solely owned properties with 40 commercial units, 2 billboards as well as multiple solar farms which produce renewable energy that is fed directly into the grid.

All of the properties are managed in house and this in turn translates into our high tenant satisfaction and demand for available units. Future projects include the creation of our fourth business park and our fourth commercial solar array in the RI market.

Our company also develops residential and commercial properties for sale as well as perform excavation, demolition and site work upon request.
